PYZ Media – Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging PYZ Media (“we,” “us,” “our”) for any service—including website design, SEO, hosting, CRM/automation, AI receptionist setup, or marketing—you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase our services.

2. Scope of Services

PYZ Media provides professional digital solutions including but not limited to:

Website design & development

SEO and search ranking optimization

CRM setup, automations, and AI assistants

Meta Ads & lead generation campaigns

Hosting, maintenance, and analytics
Each project’s scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in the client’s signed proposal or service agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Final balances are required before launch or file transfer.

Monthly retainers, hosting, and automation subscriptions are charged automatically on the agreed billing date.

Failure to pay within 5 days of the due date may result in suspension or deletion of services and data until payment is received.

4. Revisions & Change Requests

Unless specified otherwise, each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions.
Additional edits or scope expansions (e.g., added pages, redesigns, or new automation features) are subject to additional charges.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design, written copy, and brand assets transfers to the client.

PYZ Media retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

Any proprietary code, templates, CRM systems, or licensed software remain the property of PYZ Media or its vendors and are granted under a limited use license for the duration of the paid service period.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

PYZ Media uses trusted third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) to deliver services.
We are not responsible for outages, policy updates, or limitations imposed by these providers.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project-Based Services (Websites, SEO, Branding)

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

If a project is cancelled before completion, all completed work up to that date remains the property of PYZ Media until paid in full.

Refunds will not be issued after final approval or project delivery.

Subscription-Based Services (Hosting, CRM, Maintenance, AI, or Marketing Retainers)

Clients may cancel subscriptions by providing written notice 15 days before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

Upon cancellation, access to CRM systems, hosted assets, and automation tools will be removed within 7 days of account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Opt-In & Communication Consent

By engaging PYZ Media services or submitting information through our website, forms, or funnels, you:

Consent to receive digital communications (emails, SMS, and calls) related to quotes, updates, offers, and service notices.

Understand that data may be processed through secure CRM and automation tools to deliver personalized communication.

Can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to SMS messages.

Acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase and that message/data rates may apply.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate with 15 days’ written notice.

All outstanding balances must be paid prior to termination.

PYZ Media reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment, abuse of staff, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, client data and project files may be permanently deleted after 7 days unless requested otherwise.

10. Warranties & Liability

All services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. PYZ Media does not guarantee specific SEO rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes.
We are not liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Unauthorized access caused by third-party services or client-side negligence.

Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

11. Confidentiality

PYZ Media and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation survives the end of the business relationship.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, and any disputes will be handled in Kentucky courts.

13. Modifications

PYZ Media reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
